2. Click "Rent Now" & Fill Out Lease

The Owner of the Stored Items must be the Main Contact & valid Mailing Address, Cell phone #, Email, & Photo ID are required.

3. Enter Recurring-Billing Info

Auto-Pay is required. All major Credit/Debit cards, & E-Check are accepted. Your Billing Date will be the 1st. You'll receive automatic monthly Invoice Reminders & Receipts.

4. Review & Sign Lease

Our Contracts are Month-to-Month. Loitering or Storing Food or Hazardous Items is prohibited. We offer convenient Tenant Protection Plans starting at $12/mo!

5. Pay for 1st Month, Receive Gate Code

Please refer to your Texts/Emails for move-in instructions, please note Access Hours, Gate Code, Unit #, and Facility Site Map. 

6. Call Office to Request Free Lock!
